Formulas during Fasting Month

What I have learned so far…

1. Break fast time = best time to be on the road

2. Break fast time + non Muslims drivers having the same formula in mind = normal traffic jam

3. Break fast time + non Muslims drivers having the same formula in mind + one broken down car in the middle of the highway = testing one’s patience

4. Break fast time + non Muslims drivers having the same formula in mind + one broken down car in the middle of the highway + impatient queue jumpers = total chaos

The first day of fasting on a working day and all that was needed to create chaos at about 7.10 pm was an old car broken down in one of the main lanes just after the Sunway toll plaza (I still wonder why some people are still driving old cars knowing very well that it going to break down unexpectedly).

What suppose to be a smooth ride home immediately turned into a “battle for survival” to reach home.

For those Muslims caught in the chaos yesterday, well I pitied them since they had to “break fast” in the cars (assuming they have packed some food).

Hopefully, it is better today.

11 days more to go and counting…
