Happy birthday!

Today is my son’s 3rd birthday and it’s sad that I am unable to celebrate it with him unlike the last 2 birthdays (that is his picture cutting his grandma’s cake - practice, practice, practice).
When I contacted my wife yesterday, she informed me that they will do a small birthday party for him to mark the occassion. He has been asking for a birthday cake, so they will make a trip to the bakery and let him pick the cake himself. Of course, when I get back, there will be another birthday party - this time on a grander scale, of course.
